I tried the Bug Doctor 30-day and although the program fixed some errors and missing shortcuts, it didn’t repair my Printer Spooler problem. BUT, I contacted their support team and after only a few e-mails they helped me solve the issue. And while I love that I could get free support because I have Bug Doctor, my favorite part is how easy the program is to use (since I’m elderly, I enjoy easy-to-us computer programs). I’ll be buying the lifetime of Bug Doctor when mine expires.

I tried the bug doctor software but I can’t figure out how to unlock it even though I have bought it. What do I do?
